Serious Whats the creepiest/most paranormal thing to happen to you?

a year or two ago, my brother started having pretty violent night terrors. a 28 (at the time) year old chad waking up in the middle of 2am almost consistently every day for a week screaming there was a dark figure, just standing over his head in the corner of his room next to his bed, smiling. he'd charge out of the room into the landing.
started telling some of my friends, night after i told them, the bookshelf over my head broke and all the books fell onto my head whilst i was sleeping
one time whilst my friend was over, i remember placing my phone on the counter, in the middle, nothing around it. went to get it, wasn't there, had a very clear memory of where it was. we just said screw it, went upstairs cause my budgies were freaking out, sat down and chilled for thirty minutes, went back downstairs, was there exactly where i remember it, could have been my friend obviously.
last halloween, my brother and his girlfriend and some friends went to some "haunted military airbase" for a few days, it was like a small event so may not be legit. anyway, of course he done ouija boards, someone called jack came up, said he knew where my brother lived, said his name, and said the last part of our postcode (if for example, the last part of my postcode was 5UF, it done U&F 5 times), said my brothers age and then apparently my mum talked to him (she ded) after jack or something said she wanted to talk. got a video of it, according to him orbs flew around on the video but tbh it may have just been dust. but he does have a video of it yeah. week before, he started getting the same night terrors again as last time, didn't come back since.

Two Occasions:
1)
quick background: The parents of my father died long before I was born, I only know them from pictures. My father still has the Family house in Poland and we visit it regularly 2 times a year. We have two apartments in it, one downstairs and one upstairs, No basement. We live upstairs and we have tenants downstairs.
Story: It was Christmas eve and me and my brother were alone upstairs, played with our new toys while my parents went to church. Downstairs was a family and they too went to church. After some time we heard the doors open downstairs (main door and the lower door to our apartment) yet no lights were turned on but some came up the stairs as heavy as my father. So I rushed to the stairs and greet my parents.
The lights were out and in front of me stood a figure, roughly as tall as my dad, but I could see the wall behind him. His face resembled the face of my grandfather. He immediately vanished. But I was not shocked or terrified at all, I felt happy and it was a pleasant experience.
Some years later with a new tenant, she told us that sometimes she hears someone going up the stairs. My mother always says that this is my grandmother, looking if everything is alright.

quick background: My great-granny had a flat in poland, she got ill and died five minutes after my communion day. We traveled there, buried her and cleared the flat, we found two communion cards written for me and some other things in the flat. Because we did not have any place to stay we slept in the flat. In the late evening my parents got out and I stayed with my uncle in the flat, we watched tv and slept on the couch in the living room. I don't remember if my uncle slept or if I just kept my mouth shut, but I sometimes saw some (shadowy) figures wandering around from bedroom to bathroom. The next day I told my mother about this and but she kept insisting that she left the windows open and such, Idiot me.
Some years ago we all sat down and talked about such paranormal things, because my mother is pretty sensitive and she could easily fill this thread by her own with these stories, I told them about how I just thought I would see a ghost, but then my uncle started to talk about the same evening, he also saw something and even looked to close the windows, but as he said the windows were closed and nothing could do something like this. Again this was before story one but also felt very familiar to me, as I would know the ghost.
TL,DR had some family members visit me, nothing bad happened.

My dreams.
Some of them feel freakishly real.
So much so that I can feel pain, and also premonitions of the future, this happend on 5 occasions, all years in distance except recently, where I did dream of the most surreal things in spans of weeks, that turned to be true.
Now, this could either be me being heavily optimistic (Or pessimistic!) with how the future plays out, and it just freaks me out.
TLDR i want it to stop.
