Let me be real with you. All we wanted is to do something. All of us.

And since we're more disciplined than many people think, our leads could trust we wouldn't merc the entirety of the rebel population on sight. And we didn't. We went there, ran into threats. We only killed who we had to kill, and in the end, our objective was half-denied, and had to leave.

To add onto it, a vortigaunt beamed us from far away right as we were obviously retreating, and a couple of us turned around to fire at it. They landed some bullets on it but as soon as I told them to retreat, they followed right away, while usually, they would've gone after it and ultimately absolutely murdered the shit out of the green dude. But they didn't.
