so i was talking to my parents today right

ive been wanting to get guinea pigs for ages now and they were extremely reluctant because of their cleanliness, noise and smell

ive been fighting it for ages and ages and still had no luck

but just today, my mum looked at me and said

"why not get a turtle?"

which i assume was a joke

i looked at her and (unironically) said "deadass?"

so yeah i might be getting a turtle or two in a couple months
