Apparently the two "types" you choose from are circumcised and uncircumcised. Maybe they'll make it to where you can customize the approximate angle at which your dick bends like you said

Probably quite a bit. They’ve not been shy to say that this is a very adult oriented game. If I remember correctly they didn’t even rule out the possibility of having sex with Keanu Reeves’s character
