2 years ago someone set the tree in my front garden on fire (twice)

the front garden belongs to my upstairs neighbor and they still haven't taken it down

I was going to the shops earlier to get stuff for dinner, (I made prawn tagliatelle), and halfway there, I forgot my mask. I went back to get it, and walked to the shops again. Outside, I was putting it on, and it the strings snapped, I couldn't put them back together, so I had to fucking go back again cause they wouldn't let me in.
