this is the first full length game in VR, everything until now has pretty much been tech demos, short games built around one concept or ports

Yea. I honestly recommend that, if you have the chance to do so, to play the game at a vr arcade or something along those lines.

HL:A shows how well VR can be used. Stuff like Jeff, the zombies, the hulking striders, and all of that make you shit yourself in VR. You aren’t able to realize how fucking big striders are in half life until HL:A when you are literally shitting yourself as you hide from it on like the third story of a car garage. Great game
