it literally says "23rd January 2021"

but either way, that's just when japan gets it in cinema. For most anime's in cinema it's a long wait until the blu-ray is released for the movie to be easily accessable for streaming and shit. However knowing evangelions popularity it'll probably get a North American movie release shortly afterwards.
