Really don't see the enjoyment in only having player owned cars around and empty streets, the NPC syncing can be fairly janky at times but I'll take that over no NPCs.

flashes of that older clip of an NPC stealing a cop's car will always be in the back of my head but I'd rather the streets be alive so that you can't always just know everyone you see is a player
biggest, hugest, largest loss of HL2RP is having no NPC's just around, existing, living life, doing their thing

I'm convinced everyone speaking out against voice is just alabaster pale and too cucked to handle hearing their own voice.

Even with like 700+ players most GTA maps (whether on SA or V) feel absolutely dead. You can drive around and there'll be like one car on the roads, it sucks.

Can't wait for someone to walk up to an NPC and talk to it thinking its a player though.
