Suggestion Car Lock

Suggestion: Ability to lock cars (That can be unlocked by staff etc if hotwired).
Why it would be worth adding: It just generally sounds like a lot of people have their cars stolen by people who don't rp it or anything.

stop-gap solution:

add the ability to add text/signs that follow an object / person around.

eg, tied to the car to clearly state you need a lockpick/key to unlock it etc

however i want there to be like a 3 hour delay in between deploying ur car, and make it where u run a command on ur car for it to be despawned in 10 mins (in case someone is chasing it to destroy it or steal it)

also want there to be a 10 min delay in the process of deploying a car too, so people dont just spawn it in to get away mid s2k etc, deployed only in the rebel zone

shouldn't be too hard (I hope) to code in the vehicle being replaced by a prop & text ('SPAWNED BY X' & time remaining) for those 10 minutes
