I NEED A GPU![]()

I NEED A GPU
I'M HOLDING ON FOR A GPU UNTIL THE END OF THE NIGHT
IT'S GOTTA BE STRONG
IT'S GOTTA BE FAST
AND IT'S GOTTA BE READY FOR RTX
YessiirrrrThat’s adorable man
I mean yeah I’ll give it a go, use to gta text and red dead text but it’ll be fun to try, take it you are too?

if u were on a laptop you shouldve upgraded to a good pc anyway by now
if you dont need a good pc for anyhting but gta rp, you should perhaps get a potato pc gta v mod, that smooths textures to make it gmod like looking.
it gives good fps and u can gta rp easily
you shouldnt burn your cash if u dont desire it honestly

I mean I'd prefer not to waste money if I can but if I got to, I got to. The current actual plan is to buy 2nd hand pieces to just bolster what I already have and maybe an SSD. As for the mods, idk how to mod gta and I don't know if fivem or the server supports them or not. Plus I'd like to not have everything look like roblox if I'm gonna record shit for one of my main charactersHe has to first ask himself when it comes to upgrades, can I afford what I want twice, if not, don't and continue saving until you can. But Alexander is right, there's many mods that cater to the slower generation of PCs
Yes but no, I highly recommend investing in SSD, especially when you consider you aren't just loading GTA:V you are also loading the mods and shit on the server. Invest in a good SSD is good long and short termSSD can be ignored for now you're just going to have to deal with longer load times

It's Kaeteh, I know, original.Send me your discord somewhere and we’ll have a catch up
Seeing you two old souls talk again is kind of heartwarming. It's Kaeteh, I know, original.
I'm not going to lie, we could of spoke on Facebook because we still have each other on there, like I do you too actually. But still! Nice to see you're still around too! When I saw your name I couldn't believe it.Seeing you two old souls talk again is kind of heartwarming.
Perhaps we’ll all see each other in game at some point, and it’ll be like old times. I hope you’re all doing well, you included, @Powley.I'm not going to lie, we could have spoke on Facebook because we still have each other on there, like I do you too actually. But still! rx580's are still $200 new can probably find a used one cheaper
keep the tower, no need for a new case
1050ti is still the industry standard and can be found en-masse anywhere people live
and as always, aim for 8gb vram, no need for more because then you're just shopping for new cards

(To add to it, SSD don't just increasing menu loading time, but also in game loading as well, I had an HDD while playing another GTA RP server and I spawned in a black world with just a few buildings cause it was still loading, so while it does not have to be 1TB definitely look for one)
At that rate you might as well buy a new PC broHere's a full breakdown of my PC parts:
Case: Cooler Master K350 (RC-K350-KWN2-EN)
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-P
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460
Heatsink: Intel E97378-001
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
RAM: 1x Corsair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 Vengeance 8 GB, 2x Fury HyperX hx318c10fr/4 4 GB (16GB Total)
PSU: Cooler Master 500W ATX Power Supply RS-500-PSAP-J3
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003, 1TB SATA 3.5"
Fans: x1 Cooler Master 12025
CD/DVD Drive: LiteOn iHAS124
If I'm missing anything I've no fuckin clue tbh. Atm I'm thinking of maybe throwing in another 8gb stick of ram, getting an SSD, probably a new CPU + GPU, probably another fan to keep things cooler, but as it stands I need to calculate what my PSU can handle.
I was/am planning on it, but as it stands I can't afford a whole new PC, but I can afford some 2nd hand parts to patch what needs patchingAt that rate you might as well buy a new PC bro
I’d save up to ensure you can get warranty on what you get, instead of buying second hand that you have no idea how got used, how frequently it got maintained or on which temps it ranI was/am planning on it, but as it stands I can't afford a whole new PC, but I can afford some 2nd hand parts to patch what needs patching
I mean if they're cheap enough to last me until I have more money saved I'm chill w/ it, and I work in a games company, I'm sure there's people around me who have some parts just sitting in their cupboards or something. I just need to figure out exactly what I need to update because I'm essentially illiterate for hardware lolI’d save up to ensure you can get warranty on what you get, instead of buying second hand that you have no idea how got used, how frequently it got maintained or on which temps it ran
If you make a patch job out of it, You’ll congest your performance or simply buy parts that don’t have long to live left unknowingly
