Not at the moment, Stripe is also banned most likely.

What you could do is look for a member who is willing to buy you premium.

All you need to do in exchange is find a payment method that works in turkey to send it over to the one

Yeah, the whole premium transaction is a little tedious.
While PayPal isn't banned in my country, it still requires a valid credit card to make a subscription.
I simply asked a member from Spain to use his PayPal to get me Premium, while I transfered the money from my PayPal account to his.

I am sure that, if you find some nice dude or dudette, you'll be able to somehow work around this issue.
