Suggestion 911 Operator/Dispatch Role

Are you tired of your brain-processor lagging while going too fast?
Do you find ground-patrol boring with the same repeating thing?
Are you a multitasker that's fine with sitting in one place all day staring through a screen into a screen?
Well-..I offer you-

911 Operator/Dispatch Role!!!!!

Now, I know you guys are asking-

Why the fuck do we need a person-dispatch?

Well, I think It's nonsense to get those pop-ups if all of the cops are just sitting in the Police Station talking about how many donuts they can eat for the day.
The 911 Operator/Dispatch (2 Operator/1 Dispatch) can see them first before everyone else, and can decide if they can notify them or ignore it completely.
This will also solve those popups coming in from Canada- (Or paleto-bay), as there's no living cop all the way there usually.
Now, for calls- We're getting only some pop-ups that dissapear every 5 seconds- And some of us didn't have time to read a entire paragraph of what happened- (us ems)- The 911 Operator can do everything a IRL 911 operator does- If this gets accepted into a real thing I'll be going to make a guide-book about the procedures and such.
And the role Dispatch, easily the most abusive role just like 911 Operator- Now here's a thing, they cannot order anyone around for too much, if they are abusing their power- well say goodbye to sitting in place, both Operator and Dispatch are in the middle- The voice in the dark per-say- Above us are EMS and LEO Chiefs (we can order them to an extend) and the rest are us, grunts.
I'm still brain-storming how we should make this into a real thing, as I am not a good animator or a artist (yet) to show off how I imagine it, and I have no idea about the mechanism in the Nebulous's FiveM code.

You lads can also give out suggestions about this, you think it's a good idea or was me brain-storming this in 2 in the morning a bad idea?

cops turn off their radios while at the station.

On a more serious note, I think a Dispatcher would help to organise the cops a little bit, and I am wondering how their communications would play into pursuits and what not since it is very easy to talk over someone during a chase.

That's one of the reasons I wanted to include a Dispatcher, to organise cops and EMS.

im not for the idea of dedicated dispatchers, because at the end of the day there's only so much that's interesting about the role. numbers are a little tough right now for brand new divisions in law enforcement. It'd need a complete restructure of the radio system on top of that

I'd propose that, until it can be properly supported, it be a desk job role any LEO/EMS is able to sign on to. Alternatively, I'd have 911 calls route directly to the MDT, where any officer is able to pick up the call and relay the information to everyone else
