If he isn't allowed in school, a place where all bullying has to be done directly to your face and where you're constantly under watch from students, then he definitely wouldn't be allowed on the internet.

In theory, this could work. However, doctors and psychologists use a technique called "Applied Behaviour Analysis"; I use it with kids in my surgery with Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, it's going to be hard a task to reinforce this as he would need 24/7 supervision when on the server; whilst rewarding his positive communication skills while discouraging the paedophilia (which yes, he may believe is alright due to previous encounters as a child, as bad as that may seem; or because of his Aspergers, in which he does not see the world as we do. Imagine how that one species of shrimp has 9 colour senses whereas we have 3, but with emotions.).

Apparently I had found it before, since I got banned for telling him to kill himself. Judging by the time, I'd say it was a few days after his ban, when he promised to kill himself.

I recall being pretty pissed that he didn't deliver on that promise.
