Rust crashes PC

Right, so. I made a thread earlier about my CPU overheating issues. Setting it's maximum power to 95% or whatever (As @Nicrobe suggested) worked for Rainbow Six Siege, but Rust is a bit on and off. Sometimes it shuts my PC down, sometimes it doesn't. Help?

i have the same thing pal, just turn everything off and turn render down a lot my cpu overheats and i done that and it fixe ;))
