High Packet Loss

Hello. Since yesterday, my packet loss grew up to 30% on HL2RP and TS3. I dunno why. On other servers, my packet loss is normal, 1%-0%. I can't play because I have "Connection Lost" every minute. For now, I know that my packet loss tests are normal. Please, help me with this.
