I use a program called "LightShot" (https://prnt.sc/flm8cc)
You simply install it, and afterwards, once you press the Print Screen button, you can drag a "box", press upload, and woila. If you want the picture to be seen without actually clicking on it, get a .jpg or .png or .jpeg or whatever version of it, press the image button when making a post or thread, and paste the imagine link there.

Woila!
