Try restarting Gmod. Then, connect straight to the HL2RP server without joining any others first. It should fix the issue. This error tends to happen when you download an add on from another server that conflicts with something you currently have.

Verify HL2 game cache, Garry's Mod Game Cache, try out my autoexec to see if any of the cvars in there fix it.
