As I was working on my next artwork for my Gallery I encountered a issue which I couldn't really solve.

If this keeps happening to a particular map, it's a sign that it has no cubemaps (or they are broken).

Irregardless, the above command should allay it somewhat.

I use the "Underhell" maps which are being ported over in Gmod. I know the Person who made the maps because he was my teacher back when I didn't knew how to rp.

I tried it even asked a friend of mine who knew a old console command to fix this issue but no sucess so far.

it should be mat_specular 0, not 1

mat_specular "0" if that doesn't work or only partially helps, pp_bloom "0" - uncheck bloom in adv video options - turn off HDR.
