Reworked /MyNotes:

• HTML is now used instead of a DTextEntry. (no tags are supported, it's just for being able to write much more text)
• Customizable character limit (1000 -> 10000 characters)
• SA+ are now able to view other people their notes.
• 8 lines less than Blt's version lol
• Possible support for images in the future
• Due to the nature of it being HTML, there's now a scrollbar. And you can put much more stuff in it. nice
