Sup, anyone an expert with monitors and which do you think is the best to buy?
My two monitors of interest:
I'll add the specs of interest of these two monitors
LG 29UM58-P:
29 inch
2560 x 1080 resolution (21:9)
Energy use: 29 watt (Yearly: 42kW)
Full HD
IPS (Display)
AH-IPS (Panel)
60HZ of Refresh rate
Reaction time of 5ms gtg
Dynamic Action Sync
€199
AOC G2460VQ6:
24 inch
1920x1080 resolution (16:9)
Energy use of 25 watt (Yearly: 37kW)
Full HD
TN (Panel)
75 HZ of refresh rate
Reaction time of 1ms gtg
Free sync (AMD only)
€139
Although since the AOC has Free sync, it's AMD only but I'm going to purchase possibly a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 8 GB (Either a GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 1070 G1 or Inno3d Ichill Geforce GTX 1070 4x) Making it somewhat useless although the refresh rate, the reaction time, purely compatible for gaming caught up my attention.
On the other hand, this LG monitor has a wider resolution of 2560 x 1080 and a 29 inch monitor for only €199. It's both compatible for gaming and working due to the extreme widescreen resolution for a great gaming and working experience and could be a wise choice for the future of usage.
