What is a condemned zone? And the Terminal Restricion Zone? How do the CPs react to it, the Citizens, and Combine in general?

Do the 00s can patrol there alone? What if me as a 75 see a 00 patrolling the Terminal Restriction Zone? I would kill him? Detain him?

you don't kill fellow units unless you're ordered to by dispatch - but the 00s are not permitted to patrol the terminal restriction zone alone, no.

these names refer to locations, and soon enough we'll have a map with up to date locations. we're just taking our time with the map and naming the locations on it because the map is new and once it's named, it's permanent

The condemned zone is completely inaccessible to 00s and normally inaccessible to all units - you must obtain authorization from faction managers to perform a sweep in this location and requires a team as well, given the area is extremely dangerous.

Make sure to read the application rules and faction rules before you post your application, which are all available in the civil protection board.

The ingame time is equivalent to realtime - so it's the same date and time ingame as it is in the real world - the time specifically in the GMT timezone I believe.
