Get stalker. If you've had enough of vanilla, install the call of chernobyl mod for call of Pripyat. It's up there with my favourite games ever.

Oh lol, yeah just saw your post. Ye always play stalker on master difficulty. I install damage mods that make all characters (besides mutants) die in 1-2 hits including yourself

Fair enough, it's not for everybody. I've always found (even on master) that stalker enemies are bullet sponges and it kills the atmosphere. Also if you're a masochist then call of chernobyl has an iron-man mode where it deletes your saves when you die. That combined with the damage mod makes it (for me ) the only game that makes me sweat in fights other than hl2rp lol
