Nah dude, you have to be lvl 75, have over 10K games and have all champs plus 100 riot points to mute people.

i was plat in s6 before transferring to EUNE, was originally playing on EUW from mid-s2 with a few of my class mates and tbh its easy af as long as your adc and jungle don't act like 5yo autists that would rather type 10 paragraphs about your mom and how much either of them sucks rather than play
