This is a petition to impound @DoubleD 's Pancake-stealing dog. This monster wanders into people's homes and attempts to burn them down after munching on all the pancakes.
This video captures one of the few failed attempts this dog has made. Unfortunately, they managed to dupe even the BBC into believing it was an accident.

I am a firm believer in Animal Rights, but this dog is a danger to society. @Blackquill it's only a matter of time before this psycho dog comes for your garage too.
