I deeply enjoyed the game, though I have to say the ending section was anti-climactic. I would recommend playing this at 3 am like I did.

i still remember the first co-op level having one of those chainsaw dudes and the very first time he sprinted down the hall and jumpscared me and i actually fell out of my chair 10/10 would recommend

The first time I played it I got one of the bad ending because I ran out of ammo against the boss on the rooftop, it was a pretty nice and spoopy game though (however I'm more afraid of Afraid of monsters)

Cry Of Fear Co-Op was so fucking unbalanced because most of the enemies were packed in either with one another in ways they weren't normally or they got spammed in numbers they never were meant to be.

But thats why it was so much fun tbh

Also a good game, though the Directors Cut is way better.

Best thing though was playing on the official server and having the creator of the game itself spawn in silently as Simon and do shit you could never normally do just to make players shit themselves.

Only time I ever played on it he busted through a usually locked door with a chainsaw when it was pitch black and silent and fucking ended me. I jumped out of my skin.
