i could be looking into it a bit too hard but i sometimes think that a lot of players dont view the staff as people, rather just a thing that is there to help them

so when something goes tits up or they dont get the response they want they kind of become desensitized to the fact that there are real human people running this thing, not just some special AI

its the same with anything and everything really, i just think we all take shit for granted
