honestly the plasma caster wasnt given justice in new vegas the ammo was rare the gun was expensive and did shit damage at best even with 100 in energy weapons

did the ncr never loose any sort of large scale military battle or operation up until that point ICly

am i wrong in saying that an entire fucking sizable branch of the most elite and loyal special forces wouldnt desert because of a large battle being lost

completely fucking conquered the mojave and has been on the front lines of every major conflict involved in the ncr's expansion
