If WW3 had slightly more focuses on the cool character interactions and shit instead of RP being to pass the time between patrols as it became I'd probably hop on and try it more than I did.

This is true since the reason it all fell was due to both players not wanting to come on but I would say certain staff members didn't want to either, since the staff team at the end just abandoned the server and didn't want to finish the ending events aside from a fair few who really cared for the server. I just hope the player mentality will be different if WW3 ever comes back

That was a natural progression of events - the playerbase went from people in the range of 18-25 to 13-18 very quickly and those two brackets experienced completely different versions of gmod.

Pre-2013 gmod was entirely different to post-2013 gmod roleplay wise
