fps increase

@Pyromancer showed me this and i havent really seen anyone else talking about it on the forums so heres a quick way to get a massive increase in fps, like actually running neb at 60 fps

open up the properties menu for gmod

go to betas, and opt into the 64 bit testing version, which i personally have had no issues with running, 0 crashes or stuttering, and it just makes a huge difference in fps. i still recommend running gmod_mcore_test 1 when u get onto a server, since that makes use of cpu stuff while this lets the game use more ram
