Unfortunately there's nothing he can do as there's 'probable cause' due to his generally friendly persona. It's one area where evidence means very little, and usually you don't see companies going back on their previous choices. I don't think he'll get re-hired.

A lot of those allegations came as the result of him doing what he grew up doing - hugging people, pecking them on the cheek and generally treating them maybe a little too familiar.
