nah but during 1983, Germany and the benelux (except luxembourg) already got taken over
1990, northern france, austria and northern italy got annex via a series of events in the server

I think the rest of france/southern italy is still NATO, or at least contested tho, as are the newly occupied territories if I remember correctly
