i loved rs2 and ro2, so i'm definitely gonna cop. there's a lot that turns me off about this, specifically how it currently looks like every other indie war shooter out right now (glossy textures and effects that look like default ue4 rips and are probably optimized, oversold action that wants to be the next battlefield).
i don't doubt antimatter can make a fun shooter. 80 player servers in a game like this has always been the dream for me since modders made 100-man servers in rs2. unfortunately i can already tell the type of community this is going to attract before it sees a fast death in under a year of it's release
Terrible logo
Whole Retro 80s "aesthetic" stuff in general is wank. All that war wave nonsense. Not only a bit anachronistic but a bit shite init
imo the logo looks good but you're actually spot on. idk what anachronistic means because i'm mentally challenged but it does invite a sense of "COOL RUSSIAN WAR :OOO" werhaboo interest which has turned me off from plenty of things (war thunder, world of tanks, escape from tarkov, even ww3rp).
