Serious Computer things I cannot comprehend

Hey gamers, I really want to have a chat about a few things.

I've been playing games ever since I was five or six and I never understood whatever computer specializations were and what was the best and the worse, and for what reason as well. I kind of want to improve myself and have a better grasp on this matter. Right now, I have an AMD a10-7850k Radeon r7 which is my CPU (Not sure what CPU even stands out for, I'm a brainlet). I've been checking out a review or two and the quality of it is pretty crappy, so I was told. (5 out of 10).

I have been wanting to purchase a few video games on Steam and play the most recent of games but I'm always scared of not being able to play them. Last year I bought both Arma 3 and DOOM but I haven't been able to play them. I was always stuck on 20 FPS even with the lowest of qualities in-game.

Can someone help me, please? I don't want to be a dummy anymore. What should I do and how can I improve the performance of my computer/games.

What's your budget for improving? I can help you out.

What I can manage to scrap off. I usually get 10-20€ per week from my parents.
id look into upgrading to a cheap second hand FX from AMD, motherboards for AM3+ sockets and DDR3 memory should be dirt cheap and they all overclock
im still on an FX-6350 which, while showing its age now and again, still holds up well and gives me good performance, im planning once ive brought a test bench im quite interested in to get a NH-D15 CPU cooler for further overclocking capabilities so it gives me another year or two of life out of it

How do I get those things though? I'm quite fishy about stuff. Where do I get it installed as well?

If you don't want to risk trying, you could try any family members or a local computer store to do it for you.

So what? It's pretty cool my guy.

Does anyone have any other suggestion besides buying a better CPU? What other components of the computer can I buy?

A recommendation you could consider is a program called shadow.tech

It's a program where you use a computer with high specs for a monthly price, and could be ideal instead of paying lots for hardware.

If you want to know how to install PC parts just watch some Linustechtips videos or one of the millions of tutorials on youtube

i advise against watching Linus' videos as youll end up dropping your CPU under his guidance
