in 2018 he got sued for refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding, then he got sued a second time and now a third cause he refused to bake a cake for a transgender person celebrating their transitioning

in the second video he explains in a very calm manner as to why he refused to do it and what led to it all (i think there's even a thread about the first time he got sued somewhere around here), this time it just seems like people are just targeting him for keeping it true to his faith

e: wrong section :(

i think he's protected by the first amendment due to his religious beliefs, don't count my word on it tho

reason as to why the first time failed and probably the second

e: second video explains everything as to why they failed to sue him

Does an individual have the right to decline his time and effort in support of any cause he does not believe in, or can the state use it's authority to enforce that he does so by monetary blackmail?

Let me put it like this since you're an artist, should an artist be able to decline a commission of Nazi women dressed in latex on the grounds of the artist disagreeing morally with the subject matter?

Cakes and Nazis don't mix. Don't compare the two they're vastly different and you know it
