Early LP PK's were so bad it was usually the people doing the PK's who'd deny them and/or staff using factions as weapons.

Later on it was just a matter of people knowing how to game the letter of the rules and make things sound convincing for why they did what they did.

Holy fuck was it really that many people? I've never seen this meme before in this whole time, call me old fashioned but I prefer when the CAB are fearsome and if you say one thing out of line OTA snap your limbs
