@alex reached out to both Dallas and Powley. Dallas once and Powley multiple times, once recently and other times in the past.

@RabidMaggot93 I mean we let the memes slide before and the drama still continued for weeks.

@einulous Alex reached out to powley and talked to him on teamspeak. Nothing came of it even though a middleground was thought to be had. The shitposts still continued

I just hate drama, guys. I wanna come on to have fun with my friends, not see everyone arguing and bans being thrown out. I don't like it and it isn't fun, to say nothing of the people who get shit flung at them when they play the smallest part or no part at all in decisions made or actions taken.

I know that sounds dumb but its Christmas. We shouldn't be embroiled in this over a meme on either end. I know why you wanna take a hard stance on this @` Impulse but I just think its counter productive in this case.

@Blackquill powley and alex had a huge discussion in the past and even tried to reach out to you and you never got back to him. He pointed out why him and dallas had issues and thought they came to an understanding but even after had tried to help not hurt the server

Drama is inevitable, nothing can be done to completely stop it. You ban people, they react negatively. u don't do anything, the drama continues. literally a lose-lose situation

Consider it a Christmas request. Can the bans be lifted and the drama dropped? Please?

Ein, I really don't remember which conversation you're referring to. I've tried to be supportive of the efforts of both Dallas and Powley on the server. Dallas with his cab stuff, and Powley with his worker's league thing. Maybe not as hands on as you would expect, but i supported their ideas- i wanted to see them succeed.

There is no happiness in this situation. I don't think there is any permanent happiness in life. It certainly isn't prevalent right now.

I'm not going to keep being the conveyor for powley and you, if you want to talk about things, message him on steam

Happiness isn't prevalent, nothing is. But this whole situation doesn't help it. I see what Rabid means here and I see it as a good solution, I really repeat my own words over and over but the whole topic has to be brushed aside and things discussed calmly.

It's hard to put out fires when after doing so, three or four more light up.

If we're having a discussion here I'd like to slip in my (brief) opinion. Humor is a very common way of communicating and expressing opinions in this community, and it's one of the reasons I enjoy it here. I don't agree with everything I neb, but I'll do it if I find it funny.

Restricting it will only push it further underground (like with everything) until you won't see drama-related memes anymore. They'll just be made and shared in private conversations, steam chats and discord servers.

The echo chamber will keep getting worse, except Headstaff won't know about it at all and therefore be able to prevent it. That's my opinion folks
