What nation would risk fucking the US over?
I don't see the US fucking over China or Russia because they have a lower budget, the US military budget is way too big, just wasting money on pointless stuff.

Edit: And it's not like having a well funded space agency can help, not at all, am I right?
It's not like the nation that has the biggest space agency wont dominate others in term of controlling space, and it's not like we need any bases on Mars or the Moon, pfft, pointless shit, why not just build more nukes and tanks to kill each other!
