Suggestion Add An Optional Gasmask HUD Overlay

Suggestion: Add an option in Settings that lets you enable or disable a dynamic(or static) HUD overlay similar to that of Metro.
Why it would be worth adding: Quality of life stuff. Also cool.
Necessary content: Metro Redux Gas Mask Overlays Not necessary but is what could be used.

I created exactly this on my helix test server a while back using those exact overlays too, tied to whether or not someone was wearing a gasmask reminiscent of clockwork.

Was quite fun actually, I had planned for more and more cracks to appear in your vision the more damaged your health bar was since that addon comes with a bunch of different overlays included in it but coding something like that was a bit too much for me since I couldn't find a way to get gmod to update them on the fly like that. The people who /actually/ know how to code might find the idea interesting though if they want a challenge I think people would appreciate x

Yeah clockwork had that with visor damage coverlays changing out based on how much armour your suit had left.
