Suggestion Add Flashlights to Mega Mall

Like the title says, it would be nice to see a purchaseable flashlight in the mega mall. I've seen cops run around with them but I think it would be nice to have one for us regular citizens too.

The flashlights are for evidence gathering. I don't suppose it would be too difficult to make one without such capabilities.

Already using a flashlight as a citizen doesn't let you gather evidence

Would love a flashlight for EMS also, especially when it's dark it can get a bit hard to find patients
