Completed Add "Nurse Nancy" for people to be treated when EMS are completely Offline.

Description: Add a Vendor that allows injured civilians to check in to the hospital and get healed for a small fee when no EMS are Clocked in.

Why is this worth adding?: Convenience for people when EMS are offline. When EMS are clocked in this vendor is hidden and is not visible or functional for anyone. (See image for placement suggestion for the check-in Nurse).

i dont think this is that needed

you wait 5 mins before you can respawn, by the time someone brings you there (or if there are no ems) its practically over anyway, and if it isnt 5 mins isnt that much

i also got downed earlier today and had no respawn timer, straight up said wait for ems or hold e to respawn, think it might happen if none are on the clock but someone needs to confirm

If you're downed, you're fucked man, suppose PD can attend and take you to hospital but from there kinda dunno how you'd check someone in if no EMS are about, but it's more for people who are injured and want a top up to full health when no EMS are about. Also, if you respawn, do you lose everything in your inventory? That should be a penalty for it though. (controversial)
