Skills:
- Melee - Affects your effectiveness and proper usage of melee weapons (and unarmed). Their damage, swing speed and / or crit chance, and missing, are all affected. It gets bonuses from Body (Major) and Reflex (Minor).
- Misc. Ranged - Defines on how good you are with non firearm ranged weapons such as Bows, Crossbows, Thrown, or other unorthodox (high-powered slings etc.). Affected by Body (Minor) and Reflex (Major).

- Firearms - Shows off your knowledge of firearms, which includes SMGs, Shotguns, Pistols etc. When it comes to their accuracy, recoil handling, proper care and reloading. Affected by Wits (Minor) and Reflex (Major).
- Cooking - Presents, your abilities to cook, and prepare food, while also allowing you to obtain ingredients from nature (Plants, Herbs, Meat from animals) or even other items (skin, leather, bone) easier. Affected by Mind (Major) and Wits (Minor).
- Medical - Doctor or not, medical skills in these days will come in handy, and this represents how good you are at it, wether it's cleaning wounds, sewing them up, patching them up, or making new medical items or... Some other ones. Affected by Mind (Major) and Willpower (Minor).
- Acrobatics / Agility - Being able to run and avoid things easily, while also being capable of moving around the wasteland effectively, is pretty important, and useful. This affects your stamina, speed, dodging and so on. Affected by Reflex (Major) and Body (Minor).
- Craftsmanship - Ability to create things out of limited resources, is really useful, and one of the most prized skills these times, especially due to it allowing the alliance to defeat the Worm. It affects your ability, to create items, break them down, and resources you get from doing so. Affected by Mind (Major) and Body (Minor).
- Translating - Considering the languages of people scattered around, or, some new styles of talking (not to mention Vorts), ability to learn them, speak them, or even modify yourself to speak ones previously impossible, comes in handy. This skill, is affected by Mind (Major) and Willpower (Minor)also, depending on their combined stats, and tools provided, you may learn a new language, and improve at it, by speaking it.
- Bartering / Trading - Business still exists... Wether it uses cash, or other items to trade and barter with, it doesn't matter. What matters, is you know your ways of the Capital. This skill, affects item prices, trading values, and ability to sell those items. Affected by Willpower (Minor) and Wits (Major).
- Charisma - Being sharp-tongued and knowing what to say, how to say and WHEN, can not only get you friends, but also save your life depending on the situation. Affects your Rolls for charisma or intimidation during arguments / conversations. Affected by Wits (Major) and Willpower (Minor).

Traits:

- Skilled - You earned and learned all of the things you know now, no matter what kind, but you aren't as well finnessed at some. You get a + bonus to all skills, but you get less XP to all of them.

- Coast Survivor - As one of the few who survived the Coast, and Gene Worm's defeat, you decided to stay with the group, or return after leaving for a while. Your experience will be very useful. All of your skills and knowledge are back, with some of your gear (like 50% of what you had, or worse stuff) but your character is older by 5 years (- to certain rolls) and the missing or passing of some of your friends, made you bitter and uneager to open to others, reducing Wits and Willpower.

- Outlands Survivalist - You sure know how to survive out there that's for sure. However, you aren't as "civilized" or "social" as other people. Automatic (+) to Cooking, Medical, Melee, Craftsmanship and Agility, you also get more natural resources from the deposits. However, You get (-) to Bartering, Translating and Charisma alongside a dislike for some of the "Basic" food from the cities, causing it to provide less nutrition.

- Spiecie-ist - "You hate them goddamned Xenians, or X Species, or damned Combine aliens!" - You deal 25% more damage to all Xenians (including Vorts), Race X and Synths, but you also take an additional 15% yourself, and they will target you more, over others. Also, Vortigaunts heal you by a lot less.

- Tourist - You always prepare for the trips and journeys around, but you're not overly knowledgable on everything, and can seem clueless, especially when it comes to fighting. Starts you out with more inventory space (Or a backpack), and (+) to agility but with slight (-) to Melee, Misc. Ranged, Firearms and Bartering.

- Former Loyalist - Back when Combine was around, you were a fine and respected (by some) person, wether you were a business owner, some other leader, it doesn't matter. Now, you're different and you will have to learn to overcome. While your former knowledge, and skills are useful... Some still have a disdain for you, and you haven't learned basics of combat, unlike others. Gives (+) to Bartering, Translating, Medicine (-) to Firearms, Misc. Ranged, Melee, Craftsmanship. Includes XP gain for both (More for +, less for -).

- Previous Timeliner - Man out of time ey? You came from the other timeline, which ended after certain someone, messed with some boat... You possess your all previous knowledge, skills, and abilities, but, your age took a toll. Your character is by default 15-25 years older - Giving you permanent Minus to all rolls.

- Dottore - A real man of intelligence, and skill, pretty useful in these times. Shame, you're not a man of fighting or action... Huge (+) to Medicine, with bonuses to Mind and Wits, alongside starting you off with decent medical supplies. However pretty big (-) to Misc. Ranged, Firearms, and also, reduction to Body.

- Xen Researcher - You know about them Xenians far more than your average person, which allowed you to learn far more, and, better about them. You do 10% more damage to all Xenians (Not Race X or Synths), and, get more resources from Xen related fauna or flora such as bones, meat, crystals, spores, slime etc. But, your weird liking, causes (-) to Willpower, and years of workign with that stuff, gave your Body some aching (-).

- Deaf - You can't hear a goddamned thing, however, this has sharpened your skills and other instincts, to well above average level. Causes your audio to be slightly / very muffled, but, gives you (+) to all Stats except Reflex.

- LEEEEEEROY JEEEEEENKINS - You rush in first, then contemplate, what the fuck you just done, and why. However that does NOT stop you from having fun first. Your Melee and Agility are greatly increased, with (+) to Willpower. However, your Mind and Wits take nice hits.

- G-man's Subject - The ominous Suited figure looms over you at all times... It's making you go slightly nuts, and feel watched, at times, but, it has it's perks. You always get +1 to all Rolls, however, all weird and super-natural flocks to you. Oh, and your Willpower takes a huge (-).

- Slim Build - You're rather slim, which is fine, but it does prevent you from being the strong one. You do have your advantages though. Your Reflex gets (+), alongside Acrobatics. However, your Body takes a slight (-).

- Black Cat's Luck - You just have NO LUCK in your life at all... However, for better or worse, you bring that to other people too. All of your rolls get a automatic -5, but, so do your opponents, friends, and, anyone really. Do not work on anything dangerous with this.

So uh, that's my ideas. Enjoy :3
