When you launch the map, can you watcth the memory usage in task manager and tell me if you're hitting 100% usage?
Alright, so I ran a few tests after halving my total workshop installations from 40 to 20. I ran it to start with on the chromium option without any other tasks open (no chrome or steam open, just gmod and task manager).
The memory was fine and capped at 87% but was interrupted by an ingame message- something along the lines of 'reach maxium reliable buffer'.
I decided to return to the original Gmod standard and run it once more in singleplayer, same variables as before. Memory capped at 92% for a minute or two before loading the map normally, until I noclipped under the map where I found that the game crashed probably due to it being unable to load that much, but it worked.

Is this helpful?

Yeah it looks like you might be maxing out your memory (which the error says but sometimes is incorrect), I'd try running chromium with no workshop addons just to test if it works correctly.
