Completed Allow people to 'struggle' cuffs

I think it's really lame that cops can just run up to you and instantly cuff you so long as they can touch you

Please add a struggle mechanic that lets you do a minigame in order to resist the cuffs so you can keep running, which gets progressively harder the more you resist. Also please make it so they have to tackle you first in order to cuff you. AKA you have to be on the ground or not moving for them to have the opportunity to attempt to cuff you.

Bit powergamey atm and anti fun.

A problem I have found with this is that even though you complete the struggle, and the handcuffs are removed, by that point the police will have started escorting you, so if you break away you cant escape anyway and I think they can just insta recuff you, making you do the minigame again

Could be solved that if the struggle minigame is complete, you are automatically released from any escorting and have a chance to escape

I personally think that people should be unable to escort other players UNLESS they are handcuffed or incapacitated. If said condition changes, the player should be released and do as they please. Right now, I think you can escort people at any given point and that is bound to have some interesting results.

If it's accidental they should and will release you, otherwise it's powergaming.
