Suggestion allow single cigs/joints to be pulled from packs

edit cigarettes/joints so you can choose to take one from the pack instead of having to equip the whole pack to smoke one cig/joint

why it would be worth adding:
better for rp, can share cigarettes and joints with your friends if you only have one pack

oh also, remove the requirement for empty cigarette pack for making hand rolled cigs
AND
remove tobbaco from the joints pack recipe
AND
paracetamol from the cocaine recipe

all of these things are made unnecessarily hard to craft because of weird recipes leftover from many years ago
let us have narcotics
