I have three manga I'm currently keeping up with, those being My Hero Academia, MHA Vigilantes and my current favorite, Kaguya-sama.
Ishigami will definitely end up with Iino imo, makes more sense thematically

following the anime
this season is pretty nice
kaguya-sama s2, fruits basket s2, ascendance of a bookworm s2 (holy fuck there are a lot of 2nd seasons this uhh season), arte (watch arte it's very nice :), tower of god, and for the obligatory kinda trashy but still enjoyable anime; my next life as a villainess

finally got around to finishing it, fucking hell

Haven't cried this much since I watched Clannad afterstory

i went into it expecting trash but was very plesasantly surprised, it's very cute

It’s so hard for me to keep watching shows but I’m halfway done with Beastars so I’m hoping to get back into watching things again; maybe finally getting into more 80s stuff since I really dig the vibe

Any good action (or even potentially Shonen/Isekai/whatever) recommendations where the author establishes characters' powers and abilities and then rolls with them without unannounced/unfounded changes and asspulls?

I know there are probably a lot of such shows, just interested in some examples

its just not my first choice
Is it interesting to watch if you dont really judge the problems? Yeah defo.
But its nothing for me personally, others you mentioned are hella good tho
dunno what happend to no game no life though.

Another Anime I can suggest is Bleach, though expect some asspulls here and there
