I loved this ending. It sets up so much, but answers so much more. Perhaps I'd wish to see more of the paradis gang returning to the island, like an epilogue, but I'll settle for the mystery. Honestly glad to see the time loop theory disproved, felt like that theory tread on a lot of development had on the character intricacies and backstories.

Honestly loved the ending too and we're gonna get a sequel for sure, the ending allows for a lot of stories and possibilities, so can't wait for what Isayama will pull next. "Our battle is only getting started"!!

It's really hard for me to judge if AoT ended well or not. Having a plot lasting years with intricacies from start to finish that you only read sporadically is hard to string together, at least personally.

i think the worst is mikasa remembering "when eren came to visit us", completely forgetting that the ackermans cant be mind fucked, which is why there were persecuted, making kenny's story useless
connie's mam being okay is a nice call back

the scouts in the smoke with levi was kino as well as sasha
gabi and falco was nice
reiner and his mam was nice

eren-historia meaning literally nothing despite being dragged out for chapters on end, just shit story telling really

the alliance being buddy-buddy with each other on the ship like annie and co didnt kill a shit load of their mates??

levi chads win in the end

ellen becomes dove(crying)

booked my flight to japan to shit in yam's onsen

I'd say the ideal ending would be this one, but less rushed.

Split the ending of the heaven and earth fight into one whole chapter, then round off with collective fan-service conclusion time in the second one, making the final chapter as chapter 140, 139 feels dumb LOL

i got into kaiji the other day. aside from the fact that the story is good this fucking art style is immaculate. i don't think any other piece of animation has ever perfected noses to this sort of formula

You might like Hellsing - the OVA, not the bog-standard anime. OVA is ten episodes long, well worth a watch.

man i just read all of this last week and now i gotta wait god knows how long for the next chapter
the art is fantastic but the story pulls you in so much

i may sound like a bitch but i shed a tear when levi spoke to the fallen survey corps members one last time. first time i saw levi in that state (unless we're counting the OVA)

there will never be a series as good as attack on titan. anime is ruined from now on
