I have over 200 hours playing Zeus (before and after buying the game, yes I pirated it before please don't lynch me) I think I'll be able to create some immersion while the players are on missions and add more of a dynamic feel to it.

Not really.
Zeus is locked to admin and that's not changing I'm afraid - you can however of course help with inspiration and whatnot, but as a standard player :)
