I do NOT agree with translating ww3rp's basis into ArmA 3. It doesn't seem right for a game like this.

If people would like to rotate into a roleplay community on arma 3, im more than happy to look into something like that in the future.

That would however be a very grand project. If it's something that senior members of the community would like to discuss, or perhaps develop with me - i would be more than happy to oblige. Arma 3 does really have an excellent framework for roleplay, and the base nature of the game fixes many issues that gmod has. Map size, variety, etc, with some drawbacks of course.

Premium memberships wouldn't really work though which is a huge issue so it would be independent more than likely if anything

Premium memberships could be done. Many servers have things like this within their coding - It wouldn't be like PET flags but its not out of the question

It's not just that, it's also having the time to really dedicate to the setting up of the server as well as the management of it.

Trust me, i want to do it! just a matter of figuring out when i can do it without being pulled away to do other things. If anyone has ideas for what specifically they want (in conjunction with the surveys) they should PM me
