Judging from the screenshots, I'd say you use GMod to do these and are a beginner. If you want to take it to the next level I'd recommend getting some advice off the artists over the Creative section, and start using SFM which really is a godsent.

Either way I really like the last one you posted, and I've noticed you have your own unique way of making art, which is posing just ONE character in the middle of a background.

Such kind of art can be unique and can be really cool if you only managed to put away the small details that ruin the picture (i.e. the weird uniform clips on the Metrocop's pants) and filled up the background a bit more to keep it alive, while keeping emphasis on the subject in the middle.

if you learn sfm properly you can also do porn which gives you a lot of $$$

I never use SFM. I only use GMod. I will only ever use GMod.

i was about to finish the piece, too. I literally had all the lighting and the models an shit.
i was in the process of adding a better DoE and then it just died.

yeah, i probably should save. i'll keep it in mind for next time.

if thats meant to be muzzle flash lighting it is way too small. it should be covering the whole area behind him
