I thought we already made a suggestion for this but I could not find it. Was hoping to get some sort of reply whether this could be added/changed
Ideally you want the players to interact with each other and to seek each other out, but the way it is now, it incentivizes you to avoid RP at all costs if you want to make any significant amount of money. Currently if you do a job with somebody else, you get half the pay. If you do it with 2 other people, the cash reward is split 3-ways.
So we have a meta where it's better to work alone and be bored, than one where you relationships with other people
Whilst it shouldn't always be better to do stuff with people, it makes sense to split the reward of a bank job or a gas station robbery with other people, but for some of the fixed contracted jobs it makes no sense.
I propose the following:
0.7x payout for doing it solo
2x for doing it duo, capped at 2x.
i.e. 2x for doing it with 3 people, each person receiving the full amount separate from each other.
2x for doing it with 4 people.
